InGaN LED Chip“InGaN LED Chip”

  • InGaN LED Chip

    InGaN LED Chip
InGaN systems are compounds of GaN (gallium nitride: gallium nitride) and InN (indium nitride: indium nitride). The InGaN LED can be produced from these compounds.

Mitsubishi Chemical's InGaN LED Chip is fabricated with the proprietary Patterned Sapphire Substrate (PSS) processing technology. The LED has excellent light extraction efficiency and low defect density, making it a high quality and high-efficiency LED chip.

By applying this technology, high-output white LED chips and high-output near-ultraviolet LED chips are produced.
